Plantations Establishment

Timber Processing
CFC has widespread infrastructure and capacity to supply all types of sawn timber to its customers. Be it standard construction timber, non-standard size and cut to fit; the company boasts the tools and skillset required to meet customer specifications.
Our kilns are a critical part of the processing units as they stabilize the timber and ensure no further volume variations are seen once installed at the clients desired site. We encourage customers to purchase Kilned timber for the best results on any project.
Joinery

Plywood and Block board
CFC is proud to announce that its plywood and block board factories are now fully operational. This line adds an immense set of products ranging from 4mm to 22mm boards with various specifications for both indoor and outdoor usage. If you have a construction job and need shutterply for your concrete works, CFC has you covered. Our 15mm and 18mm shutterply are made to the highest standards and pass all quality metrics.
This new line also enables CFC to make flush doors overlaid with various skins. We now offer Rosewood, Mukwa, Pine and our very own special branded flush doors customizable to any size.
Pole Treatment
CFC is one of the few Zambian companies with the ability to treat a wide variety of poles and timbers. Our process has been vetted by several governing bodies and our treated products are Zambia Bureau Of standards (ZABS) certified. If treated by CFC, you can be assured that termites, fungi or decay will be kept at bay.
Our treated products have been in use for over 15 years by various clients and the results speak for themselves. CFC understands the quality controls required to attain these results and continuously refines its process to accommodate improvements for a better product lifetime.
We offer Creosote and CCA treated poles as well as our newly introduced eco-friendly product specific for sites where close human contact is certain.
